With a net floor area of 2,173 square meters / 23,400 square feet, this new school will be a zero-carbon building almost entirely made of CLT and Glulam wood. The building is characterized by its iconic wavy roof – inspired by the hilly landscape of the Monferrat region – and by its geometric plan with its three inner courtyards. Accommodating a 3-class nursery school, an 8-class kindergarten, and a multifunctional center for the local community, the building will sit in the middle of a new 5-hectare park.
